The Challenge:  When Xtreme came on board, they had an ACoS of 33%, a ROAS of 3.2 and a conversion rate of 8% with overall sales low.


Client Goal:  It was most important to Xtreme to earn an ACOS of 20% or lower.  ROAS 5.0 or higher.  Sales growth and profit were secondary goals when we took the reigns. 


Solutions:  Since the primary focus was advertising and lowering ACOS, we conducted an extensive analysis of their advertising.  We then set rules and parameters and goals around their ads.  Performed in-depth search engine optimization across entire catalog. We layered new ad campaigns and adjusted as needed throughout the year.  Worked with our tools and the team to earn more customer reviews.  Completed brand Store updates and advised on creating and setting up video ads.


Results:  In one year, we decreased ACoS from 33% to 14%, increased ROAS from 3.2 to 7.0 and overall conversion from 8% to 23%. Additionally, sales grew by more than 51% Y/Y despite not being a primary goal. The primary goal was met by the margin gains made from our catalog, SEO and advertising changes after in-depth analysis of fees and payments made to Amazon.
